The Handicrafts & Handlooms Exports Corporation of India Limited (HHEC), invites offers for operating the following product categories in New Delhi under two bids format, ‘Technical Bid’ and ‘Financial Bid’ in the prescribed enclosed format.

1.            Period of Contract : 2 (Two) Years ( 2014-15 , 2015-16)

2.            Please apply in the enclosed format enclosing Earnest Money Deposit (Refundable) in the form of Demand Draft from a Nationalised Bank  in favor of ‘The Handicrafts & Handlooms Exports Corporation of India Limited, New Delhi’

3.            The applications in the prescribed format shall be sealed in two separate envelopes. One for ’Technical Bid’ which contains the applications and The Demand Draft for ‘Technical Bid’ and other envelope for ‘Financial Bid’ which shall contain the applications for ‘Financial Bid’. The envelopes shall be super scribed as Technical Bid’ and ‘Financial Bid’ accordingly. Both the envelopes then will be sealed in one envelope. The outer envelope shall be superscribed as ‘Offer for operating  ___(Name of product category) in _____(name of HHEC showroom)‘. The envelope shall be addressed to :

4.            Last date for receipt of application: 11 July 2014 ; 2.00 PM. The technical bids will be opened in the Board Room of HHEC, A-2, Sector-2, Udyog Marg, NOIDA on the same day at 04:00 PM in the presence of bidders who may wish to be present. The date of opening of the Financial Bid will be intimated later.

5.            Technical Bids not accompanied with the Earnest Money Deposit shall be rejected even if it is claimed that the Demand Draft is attached to Financial Bid.

6.            Selected party will be responsible for all licenses / clearances and compliance with all applicable laws relating to operation of the counter and engagement of trained manpower / service provider relating thereto.

7.            Incomplete applications shall be rejected.

8.            Management reserves the right to accept / reject any bid without assigning any reason therefor.

9.            Eligibility Criteria :

i)      Experience : 5 Years

ii)  Turnover :  for Textile /Madeups /Accessories (excluding shawls and sarees ) counter  - Minimum turnover of Rs.10.00 Lakhs during last one year or a total of Rs.15 Lakhs during last two years or a total of Rs.20 lakhs during the last three years.
